A workshop on POCSO (Awareness Programme and Happy Classrooms) was organised at New Green Field School, Alaknanda. The resource person was Dr. Shabina Pillai -- Psychologist/ Counsellor. The workshop included various type of abuses, guidelines for schools, teachers and management could do at the time of crisis etc.

The session was extremely useful, the explanation was at length along with examples elaborated through a powerpoint presentation. The workshop included various interactive activities for teachers in which they participated enthusiastically. The session also had fun games, riddles, quizzes and videos all aiming at the clarification of the preventive measures for the protection of children from sexual offences.
