A patriotic song, homage to freedom fighters, thought on Freedom and dances marked the celebration of Independence Day, with great fervour and gaiety on the morning of 14 August, 2019.
An Inter-House dance performance themed Nationalism was organized for the primary section which mesmerized the audience and evoked patriotic spirit in them to feel the sacrifice of thousands who gave up their lives for us to enjoy this freedom. The pre-primary section too participated with equal enthusiasm. Students came dressed up as freedom fighters and introduced themselves with great pride. The melodious patriotic song inspired the audience to pledge for the welfare of the country, spread the values and our long preserved traditions which make us proud Indians.
