Delhi Police Week

NGFS, Alaknanda participated in Delhi Police Week (16.02.2021 to 22.02.2021) observed  by the Delhi Police.

Keeping in mind that 'Children are the future', a Self Defence Programme for girls was conducted in partnership with the trained lady staff of Delhi Police on 17.02.2021 in the school premises.

The team of the trainers under the able guidance of Ms. Neeru Bhakuni, ATO,(SHO), CR Park, emphasized on the necessity for girls to learn self defence so as to prepare and protect themselves whenever the need arises. In addition to the defence  mechanism, the training also proves to be successful in boosting  confidence, improving physical condition and awakening street awareness among girls.
